The Gifts Of All The Four Directions

Four Directions

Waking up has different meanings for different people.

Often we think we are talking about the same thing when we talk about waking up, in reality, we may actually be talking about very different concepts.

And that’s ok. We all came here to experience what we came here to experience.

For many of us we are just trying to make sense out of a world which at times can feel like it jumped off its axis.

Within Ka Ta See it doesn’t make any difference if you want to spend your life totally asleep, because for those people that is their spiritual path.

Others though, we go through life pretty asleep, but than it hits us, it’s like an alarm going off and all of a sudden we have this longing for something we can’t explain.

We feel this pull towards a greater purpose, a greater meaning, a greater knowing without being able to explain any of it at first.

What has fulfilled us in the past feels lacking, empty even.

Where we have found purpose doesn’t fulfill us anymore.

What we thought was real doesn’t feel like it anymore.

And so we begin our search for what is truly real, within us, around us, all around the world and the universe even.

That shift can hit us at any age, and whatever age it is, the odds are usually not stacked in our favor to change the course of our life.

Yet, against all those odds we try anyway because there is this annoying thing called our spirit and if it wants to know – it wants to know – and nothing in the world, none of the obstacles thrown in front of it will stop it from finding out.

More and more we look for what’s real, we long for real.

And there are many paths to that center, to that reality where there is no more make believe.

What makes the Ka Ta See path so unique is that it utilizes the gifts of all the four directions.

Not just the gift of one direction, but the gifts of all four. That is unique and most uniquely powerful.

The gift of the south, knowing Song, knowing yourself.

Not blindly believing what a religious dogma tells you you are, not what you think you are, not what someone else tells you you are, but knowing the real you and your place in the world, your place amongst the stars through the eons, knowing that for real.

That’s the gift of the south.

What Skills Do You Expect Your Students To Acquire?

In this video Kay answers the questions as to what skills she expects her students to acquire.

And we’ve again included the transcript just in case you prefer reading over watching a video.

For comments and questions please use the options below.

Enjoy.

Song to Song,

Helmut

What Skills Do You Expect Your Students To Acquire?

Helmut: So, that brings us to: What skills do you expect your students to acquire within the four year course?

Kay: Okay. I personally do not expect anybody to acquire anything, and that’s a word thing. We’re getting back to the word stuff and expecting, expectations, that’s part of what we call the No-No’s. You just don’t want to go there. There’s no need. I don’t expect and I don’t demand.

But what I offer and what I can lead you to in the class, many absolutely extraordinary things.

Your Song.

That’s the biggest and the best gift of all that’s the one that will serve you no matter what direction you go.

How far you take it, what you want to learn, how deep you want to go, with spirit friendships, there are so many different things within the tradition that you can focus on, and really get deep into, and they all require your Song.

That’s where it all starts, is knowing your Song, learning how to live it and be it every day, own, own, own it and identify with it.

Don’t identify with your masks, identify with your Song.

That is something through all the four years of this class. Major, major piece. It’s the foundation.

All the advanced classes that I teach it is a major piece. It’s learning about Song, learning more about Song. Learning more about experiencing and owning your Song and being in it all the time and unplugging the masks. That’s the baseline. Song and masks.

Setting The World In Balance – Level 1 – Waking Up

(6:25) (Make sure your computer/device audio is on)

In this presentation Kay talks about what the Level 1 class of the 4 year course series is all about.

We’ve also included the transcript just in case reading is more your thing.

Enjoy!

If you have questions please use the comment options below or feel free to send an email to song (at) katasee (dot) come. We respond to every email we receive within 48 hours.

Song to Song,

PS: Here is a link with more information about the “Setting The World In Balance” course series.

“What is the main focus of the first level?”

Kay: Okay. The main focus of the first level is to give students all of the basic initiations, ceremonies, information, understanding, experience, for them to be able to wake up. And that means that if you take all of these tools from the first level and work on them diligently.

Not changing anything, not changing the ceremonies, altering anything in any way, but following all the protocols step by step and earnestly commit, you will begin waking up.

And how long that takes, it varies for every person and it doesn’t have to take a really long time. It doesn’t have to take many lifetimes.

It’s going to take as long as you believe it’s going to take. And it will be as hard as you believe it will be.

And it doesn’t have to be hard and difficult and struggling and painful. That only happens because we believe it needs to be that way.

So the first level provides you, from the Ka Ta See Tradition’s point of view, with all of these basic ceremonies.

The initiations, the tools, the changes in your body and your consciousness. The pieces of information that you are going to need.

Setting The World In Balance Course Series – Live Call Audio

We had another live call about Kay’s upcoming course series “Setting The World In Balance” this past Sunday focusing mostly on the questions from those of you who have applied and been accepted to participate in the course series.

It was another remarkable call and we really appreciate all the questions and participation. It would not be possible to make these events such a success without you.

Special thanks to those of you who were able to join us live, it’s always exciting to connect and interact in that way with you.

And, if you weren’t able to join us live, or even if you were (it’s definitely material worth re-listening to).

We wanted to wait with sharing the recording, but some people told us that they had problems hearing at the end of the call so here is the recording from that event.

Both Kay and I are always excited to connect and share more about her course series, and really, not just about the course series but more about Ka Ta See and Kay’s work.

So even if you’re not planning on studying with Kay or myself, listening to the recording will be well worth your time.

Here is the recording:
