The 7 No Nos Workshop is an experiential, immersive companion to Kay Cordell Whitaker’s newly released book, The 7 No Nos. This workshop is designed to help you dive more deeply into the teachings, truly experience and embody The 7 No Nos, and explore them within a supportive community of connection and shared learning.
You don’t need to have read The 7 No Nos to join, but it is highly recommended. This workshop expands upon and deepens the practices in the book. We will examine the Blind Beliefs, Judgments, Expectations, and other patterns that are holding you back from your own happiness. You’ll learn how to clear negative thoughts and energies, and how to reconnect with your Song and Unconditional Love.
